Alectiq is an AI-powered marketing diagnostic and execution system. It analyzes why your marketing is not producing results, generates evidence-based recommendations, and helps coordinate execution across your approved channels. The platform operates in three modes:
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published, unless you have explicitly enabled autonomous execution modes.
Alectiq is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel.

Alectiq is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

You retain ownership of all brand information, content, and data you provide to Alectiq. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your data or use it to benefit other customers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI-generated content produced by the platform based on your brand information is delivered to you for your use. The Alectiq platform, software, and branding are owned by Intelli Brand AI Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intelli Brand AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of Alectiq. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Alectiq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or expectations.
We may modify or discontinue features of Alectiq with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid subscription period without offering a pro-rated refund or an equivalent alternative.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
